Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects from start to finish, including tendering documentation, drawing interpretation, planning, cost analysis, risk management, and coordinating with the project team to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimating, scheduling, and tendering for construction projects
- Knowledge of construction materials, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with Piling and Deep Foundations construction projects is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and construction estimating software such as Bluebeam and PlanSwift
