Senior Estimator

Our client, an award-winning, leading Canadian builder, is seeking an Senior Estimator for their Burnaby office. . In this role, your main responsibilities will be Researching material and equipment costs Preparing bid sub trade solicitation Assist in sub trade pricing specifications Participation in bid closing As the successful candidate for this position, you will bring: Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction/engineering or an appropriate field 8years of estimating background with a general contractor are preferred, Able to read and interpret basic building specifications and blueprints Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
