Senior Financial Analyst

Our client within the real estate sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for 12 months. Reporting into a Senior Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values strong financial modelling skills and long-term planning insights. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will work for 3 days onsite in Downtown Vancouver on a weekly basis.

The role: Create and maintain financial models and forecasts for the real estate debt division based on available data Implement improvements to existing data files and provide in-depth analysis Collaborate with other business units to gather required information and present results of analysis, and create dashboard Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership To be considered for this opportunity, you are a designated Senior Finance Professional (CPA or equivalent), with 5 years of relevant work experience in a large organization. You are comfortable managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
