<p>A large organization in the financial and corporate services sector is seeking a Senior Analyst</p><p>to support key corporate functions. This role offers exposure to senior leadership, month-end ownership, and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p><br></p><p>Reporting into a Senior Finance Leader, this position serves as the finance lead for multiple internal service groups. The role is responsible for month-end close, variance analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, and intercompany processes, ensuring accurate, timely insights for operational and leadership teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as a primary finance partner for internal corporate service teams.</li><li>Lead and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and cost centre reporting.</li><li>Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary comparing actuals to budget and forecast.</li><li>Present financial results and insights to internal business groups.</li><li>Support monthly forecasting and the annual budgeting cycle for both operating and capital planning.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, highlighting trends and month-over-month changes.</li><li>Support the biannual cost-allocation model process.</li><li>Prepare intercompany billings and complete month-end intercompany journal entries.</li><li>Respond to senior management requests and support ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Bring:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>3-4 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.</li><li>Strong financial systems capabilities, including advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly.</li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Self-driven, proactive work style with a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>High-visibility role supporting key corporate service groups.</li><li>Blend of reporting, analysis, business partnering, and strategic input.</li><li>Fast-paced environment with strong development opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and intercompany workflows.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
