Are you a passionate and skilled Front End Designer ready to make a positive impact on government services?

Project Overview:

Our client is seeking talented Senior Front End Designers to join our Digital Design and Delivery Division (3D). You’ll play a crucial role in transforming government services, delivering innovative and user-friendly digital experiences for Albertans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative, user-centered front-end solutions for digital services.
• Create design artifacts such as prototypes, wireframes, design patterns, and style guides.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Participate in Agile project management processes and ceremonies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Front End Designer in a digital product development environment.
• Proven ability to create innovative and user-centered designs.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with accessibility standards and principles.
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience working on government projects.
