Job Position: Sr. Help Desk Analyst About the Company: A respected public sector organization is currently seeking a skilled Senior Information Technology Support Analyst. This role requires providing advanced technical support, assisting with Information Technology initiatives, and offering responsive, high-level customer care for escalated service matters within a dynamic environment.

About the Role: This position required the successful candidate to reside in Edmonton and be in the office Monday through Friday. Occasional travel will be required throughout Alberta. Provide in-depth technical support, resolving complex technical issues and offering innovative solutions.

Participate in evaluating, testing, and deploying new hardware and software, with proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, InTune, Teams and SharePoint. Manage, monitor, and escalate recurring or significant client issues to facilitate prompt resolution. Act as a product expert during new software deployments, facilitating positive tech adoption.

Collaborate on team projects, meet objectives under deadlines, and manage help desk queries efficiently. Use a solid understanding of network connectivity in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Computer Sciences or Information Technology Required Skills: Proficiency in M365, OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Windows Operating Systems, iOS, Android devices, laptops, desktops, printers and InTune.

Experience with computer configuration management, operating system deployment, deploying applications and patches using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. Experience with help desk queue management. Exceptional technical communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
