Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Human Resources, Transportation West and Network Operations is responsible for leading a HRBP team and the strategic business partner to Senior Management in the Transportation West and Network Operations functions.

The role oversees all aspects of human resources and serves as a coach to members of the team.



Responsibilities Include:

· Drive business results with Executives by acting as an active and influential trusted business advisor

· Implement HR initiatives and programs that effectively support overall company strategy


· Support functions in executing key HR processes, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning and compensation

· Communicate policy and program changes and ensure successful roll-out of all HR programs

· Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives


· Drive organizational design and structure in functions being transformed and ensure right roles and talent are in place to fulfill transformation objectives

The Qualified Candidate will have:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant discipline


· 10+ years of HR experience that include the following:

· 3+ years of experience leading, supervising and coaching a team

· Ability to travel throughout Canada and USA


· Human Resources Certification (CRHA) or equivalent*

· Bilingual both written and verbal (English, French) *
