Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding Team and drive the onboarding of applications to our IAM solutions, aligning with the broader IAM strategy and goals. This role involves collaborating with a diverse range of technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions, addressing business challenges, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that align with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs. We are looking for a proactive, adaptable leader with expertise in IAM and cloud computing, who thrives on building flexible, robust, and simple solutions.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business partners and application teams to communicate the onboarding process, document requirements, and ensure successful end-to-end onboarding of services.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of relevant architectural patterns for IAM services.
  • Offer consultative services to ensure that all requirements align with standards and identify and report potential security risks.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, provide regular reports on metrics, and participate in various onboarding testing phases, including creating and reviewing test case scenarios and assisting with DEV, SAI (UAT), and PIV testing.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks, identify and implement process improvements, and enhance onboarding efficiency.
  • Serve as the escalation point for incidents and project-related issues, providing leadership and resolution.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the team to drive optimal performance and capacity planning.


Requirements:


Must-have:

  • Extensive experience with IAM capabilities and solutions, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts and security control designs.
  • Expertise in authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth) and experience with SaaS products.
  • Ability to manage, lead, and prioritize in a high-pressure environment with minimal direction, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, etc.) and Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences.


Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with IAM tools like CyberArk, SailPoint IIQ, and Entra ID.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
