Responsibilities: Collaborate with our Operations Manager to streamline and improve our production processes, ensuring timely project completion and quality assurance.
Develop and maintain dashboards which ensure alignment and efficiency. Use your project management skills to lead and coordinate engineering projects, keeping a keen eye on performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Employ your mechanical engineering expertise to drive innovation and technical solutions. Manage dedicated team of engineers to create customized product designs for our clients.
Facilitate the smooth execution of operations, making it possible for our Sales team to focus on growth. Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Project (or P6), with the potential for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as a valuable asset. Background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Experience managing Engineers, having providing guidance, support and feedback Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaborative relationships within the team.
Prior experience in controls and a demonstrated ability to work with KPIs and dashboards. Local industry experience is highly valued. Strong leadership and management skills. Pay Rate: $60.00-$80.00/hour Please note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
