Job Description
Adecco is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - AV & Digital Signage to lead complex, cross-functional projects within our client's Installation and Digital teams in Richmond, BC. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and quality standards throughout the system development life cycle. This role requires you to be a strategic leader with deep expertise in audiovisual and digital signage solutions, capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives from concept to completion. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, technical understanding of AV/digital signage systems, and the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.- Pay Rate: $85,000 - $95,000 / year (based on experience)
- Location: Richmond, BC
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

- Maintain quality control throughout project execution and resolve issues as they arise.
- Support continuous improvement by refining tools, templates, and best practices
- 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and technology implementation.
- Experience in manufacturing or signage industries is an asset.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence, build consensus, and deliver results in dynamic settings.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
