Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the project schedule, ensuring its adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.

Lead a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency. Skills and Experience: Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing ICI projects, from initiation to completion.

Leadership: A proven track record of leading project teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met. Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a project management role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager.

Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
