Senior Project Manager - ICI Construction (GTA)
Our client, a well-established and reputable General Contractor in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is recognized for delivering high-quality Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects across Ontario with a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through to closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site and office culture.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing ICI construction projects with a General Contractor.
- Proven track record delivering projects in the $20M-$150M range.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
