Salary: $65,000-$85,000+
Robertson is expanding its Banking and Capital Markets division and seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants to build and grow a 360 desk that combines business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle candidate delivery.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in recruitment or strong B2B sales experience, excels at relationship-building and negotiation, and has a strong interest in Banking and Capital Markets. This hybrid role, based in Downtown Toronto, offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, employer-paid benefits, and access to best-in-class recruitment tools and leadership development.
