Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level 360 Recruiter to join our Vancouver office. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placements. As a key player in Talent Harbour’s growth, you will be part of a high-performing team with uncapped earning potential and a collaborative, in-office environment. This is a high-demand role where you will need to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior-level roles across a variety of industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business development and nurturing existing accounts.
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates to match them with client needs.
- Provide strategic input to clients throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
- Conduct regular client and candidate check-ins to ensure smooth processes and long-term satisfaction.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and report on progress.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets to drive the firm’s growth.

Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar senior recruitment role.
- Proven success in placing candidates across a range of industries, particularly at the executive and senior levels.
- Strong business development acumen, with a track record of securing and managing high-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-lasting partnerships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment—we need A-players only.
- Must be proficient with technology, including CRM and ATS platforms, as well as tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage client and candidate information efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60k-100k base salary depending on experience, with potential total compensation of $200K+ including performance incentive bonuses and UNCAPPED commission and earning potential.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
