Your new role

  • Manage the planning, design, and execution of structural engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Produce detailed structural designs and drawings using appropriate software, while reviewing and approving technical phases for compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve structural-related conflicts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, high service quality, and identifying opportunities for new business development.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff, supporting their professional growth and project contributions.
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and presentations, while staying current with technological advancements in structural engineering.
