Our client is looking for an Senior UI/UX Designer (3 yrs+) to develop and support user experiences in the financial industry

Key Responsibilites:

• Establish a design system in Figma based on client’s internal design component library
• Create current state design assets for implementation teams based on the underlying product that they maintain
• Develop and iterate on wireframes, mockups and prototypes for new business and user requirements
• Proactively identify design problems and collaborate with implementation teams to improve existing product design
• Create a design process to how to maintain version control for design assets and train implementation teams on the process
• Train and coach implementation teams on using Figma as a design tool for collaboration when collaborating on business and user requirements
• Present new design concepts and engage implementation teams to identify business and user requirements
• Collaborate with implementation teams to translate business and user requirements into design solutions

Must Haves:

• 4-years minimum using Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Experience with managment of design assets and version control
• 5-years minimum UI/UX design for Web or Mobile apps
• 2 minimum UI/UX design projects in Canadian banking or financial services industry
• 2 minimum UI/UX design projects for employee based products
• Experience in leading development / implementation teams on UI/UX design principles
• Personal design portfolio with examples of UI/UX design projects for digital products
