As a Service Call Dispatcher/Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of service for a team of service technicians across Canada. You will manage inventory and maintain an accurate database for 81 Canadian airport locations. Collaboration with the Warehouse and Service Technicians is required to support and influence positive outcomes for our Security Team. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, as well as performing various record keeping and reports to promote business efficiency and best practices. The successful candidate must be able to read the schedule and dispatch correct technicians based on requirements while following the process in place including being flexible for any changes that may arise due to delays, inventory, and other technical difficulties.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive calls, dispatch relevant information to correct technician, based on the schedule


  • Support and engage team of technicians, providing them with the proper resources

  • Maintain records and monitor returns to vendor via specific processes

  • Reprioritization of warehouse and service call jobs as required to meet customer commitments


  • Take initiative to ensure the warehouse / service coordinator projects are on track

  • Maintain accuracy of warehouse Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

  • Complete documentation and reports in a timely and concise manner


  • Consult with on-site staff and partners in a professional manner

  • Adhere to company health, safety and environmental policies



Requirements:

Salary Offering:

  • Full Time $45,000 – $50,000/year
