<p><b>Job Title: Service & Warranty Coordinator</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Summary:</b></p><p>The Service & Warranty Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all service and warranty activities, ensuring accurate work order processing, effective communication, and timely resolution. This role supports service operations by coordinating systems, scheduling, documentation, and warranty administration while working closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Compensation:</b> $62,000-$75,000</p><p><br></p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><p> Comprehensive benefits package</p><p> Paid time off and holidays</p><p> Career growth and development opportunities</p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p> Serve as primary contact for service and warranty requests, managing calls, emails, and work orders.</p><p> Coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal teams for timely approvals, updates, and resolution.</p><p> Manage and reconcile work orders, technician hours, and warranty claims in Integrity and E-Emphasys.</p><p> Oversee service schedules, technician calendars, fleet maintenance, and inspections.</p><p> Process purchase orders, service payments, and maintain accurate records for compliance.</p><p> Create inbound and outbound equipment traffic tickets as required</p><p> File, archive, and maintain service, warranty, and equipment documentation</p><p> Prepare and provide warranty-related documentation to sales representatives, including new equipment delivery and training/delivery sign-off forms</p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p> College degree in Business Administration or a related field</p><p> Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with service-related documentation</p><p> Minimum of 2 years of experience in service coordination, warranty administration, or a similar role</p><p><br></p><p>Amaco represents a specialized group of manufacturers serving the municipal, road building, paving, aggregate, and industrial sectors.
