We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who can take ownership of our fast-paced, fulfillment operations. You’ll manage day-to-day warehouse activity, keep our operations smooth and efficient, and help us stay ahead of the curve during our busiest seasons.
Fulfillment Operations: Oversee all order picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory using spreadsheets and basic systems. Oversee stock movement and storage.
Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound shipments and troubleshoot delivery issues.
Warehouse Organization: Significant hands-on experience in warehouse/fulfillment roles – especially in ecommerce or seasonal environments.
Comfortable using Shopify and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, etc) for order and inventory management.
Additional Assets
Experience with warehouse automation tools or systems.
Background in seasonal/holiday product businesses.
Forklift certification or equivalent.
Someone who can handle seasonal surges and stay level-headed under pressure.
Someone who’s looking for ownership (not micromanagement) and who’s ready to make a difference in a lean, agile company.
CAD $60,000 – $90,000, depending on experience.
Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to fulfillment KPIs and company goals.
Flexible work arrangements based on reliability and performance.
Note: This role is based at our Richmond warehouse.
