Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vancouver, BC for a Site Superintendent.

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They will coordinate and monitor subcontractors, communicate with stakeholders, and enforce safety regulations. The Site Superintendent will also be responsible for resolving any issues that arise during construction and maintaining detailed documentation of project progress.

Qualifications Must be residing in British Columbia, Canada preferably in Vancouver area or lower mainland Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques Experience in managing and coordinating construction projects Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in construction management software Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related field
