Our client is currently seeking Semi Skilled Labourers for a project in Miramichi, NB.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of pumps, filters, heaters, chemical controllers, piping, and other mechanical equipment.
• Carry, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on site.
• Measure, cut, and prepare PVC pipe and fittings.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and other job site equipment safely.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and moving heavy items into the mechanical room.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Support site supervisors and technicians with various labour tasks as required.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with job site and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or mechanical experience preferred, but not required — training will be provided.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments (confined spaces, hot/cold conditions).
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or pool systems considered an asset – not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Work Environment

• Indoor mechanical rooms, construction sites, and outdoor areas around pool facilities.
• May involve exposure to chemicals used in pool maintenance (with proper PPE provided).
• Work may require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing ladders.
