Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented Solution Consultant to drive pre-sales engagement and solution design for our Credit Risk as a Service (CRaaS) offering. You will partner with banks, fintechs, and multi-finance companies to uncover their credit risk needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure smooth transitions from proposal to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements related to credit risk.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of CBI’s CRaaS capabilities.
- Collaborate with clients to design technical and business proposals that align with their objectives.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards, information security requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Act as a bridge between sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, with expertise in information security and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with banking, fintech, or multi-finance clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
