The Ultrasound Centre is a community based diagnostic ultrasound service provider with five locations in Saskatchewan (Saskatoon, Warman and Rosthern).

As a Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) your role involves conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using modern ultrasound equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You’ll be responsible for explaining procedures, positioning patients correctly, and optimizing imaging quality through equipment adjustments. Working closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals, you’ll collaborate to ensure patients receive quality empathetic care.

If you pride yourself on exceptional image quality and patient care, we would love to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures using ultrasound equipment. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly. Position patients appropriately for optimal imaging results.

Analyze images for quality and completeness, ensuring all necessary views are obtained. Recognize normal and abnormal anatomy and communicate findings to radiologists or physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide patient care and ensure safety.
