Senior Project / Construction Manager
Our client is a leading provider of pipeline utility inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation services, dedicated to protecting the environment through responsible and innovative practices. They also provide spill response services, helping ensure safety and sustainability in every project.
Leveraging advanced technologies and collaborative strategies, the company partners with municipalities and utility providers to drive the shift toward modern subsurface utility management.
They are seeking a Senior Project / Construction Manager to join their growing team—someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills, thrives in complex utility projects, and has hands-on experience with subsurface infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing field-based construction projects.
- Previous experience with civil infrastructure projects such as water, sewer, or
- drainage systems for municipalities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and direct crews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management Degree, or
- Project Management Certificate a strong asset
- Proficient with Microsoft 365/ Office
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and
- subcontractors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting project updates and status reports.
Addtional information
- Office-based role with client site visits as required
Compensation: CAD $110,000 – $140,000, commensurate with experience
