Onsite- 5 Days/week
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: CAD $110K Yearly + Benefits
Note: HB package upon end of probation, Medical, Dental, and life coverage.
Position Overview:
Sirati & Partners Consultants Ltd are seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer (P.Eng., CEng, or equivalent Chartered status) with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and collaborate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to deliver practical, sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and management of environmental engineering projects, including contaminated site assessment, remediation, water management, waste management, and impact assessments.
· Provide technical direction and quality assurance on complex projects.
· Manage client relationships and contribute to business development through proposals and presentations.
· Ensure projects comply with ON regulatory standards, health & safety protocols, and sustainability objectives.
· Mentor and support junior engineers and environmental scientists.
Qualifications:
· Chartered Engineer (P.Eng., CEng, or equivalent) with 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
· Strong background in environmental engineering (e.g., remediation, water/wastewater, soil, waste management, or sustainability).
· Proven project management and client liaison skills.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in the Toronto/GTA market and familiarity with Canadian regulatory frameworks is an asset.
