Your primary responsibility will be working on complex engineering projects and products, with a focus on applying, researching, and developing products on a global scale.</li><li>In this role, you will be involved in the development of processes and best practices involved in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will work with a variety of programming languages, tools, and platforms to create software solutions that meet the needs of our users and customers. You will also lead and assist in creating high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Design, develop, and test different pieces of software & features throughout the development life cycle</li><li>Support and secure the platform's architecture through the implementation of cybersecurity initiatives to improve overall security posture</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, develop, design, maintain, and test current and new applications and features</li><li>Identify and implement operational improvements</li><li>Support and maintain CI/CD processes throughout all stages of the CI/CD cycle</li><li>Complete code reviews, regression and end-to-end testing, debugging, and more</li><li>Serve as an expert on data and informational flow between different applications and products</li><li>Assist with projects and post-deployment through technical documentation, coding standards, project updates, troubleshooting</li><li>Make informed decisions to guide the team and improve development processes</li><li>Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and idea-sharing</li><li>Ensure the team adheres to best practices and coding standards</li></ul><p>Who you are:</p><ul><li>Holds Bachelor's or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related degree</li><li>Excels at guiding product developers as well as providing clear direction on technical and design matters when necessary</li><li>Drives projects, products, and initiatives forward by making informed decisions to impact team performance and outcomes</li><li>Guides and supports team members through mentoring, coaching, and providing necessary guidance for their technical growth and success</li><li>Adept at implementing scalable cloud development solutions and data infrastructure</li><li>Has a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and principles for scalable enterprise platforms</li><li>Proficient in using Spring Boot, NodeJS, or similar Java application frameworks</li><li>Savvy in coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, TypeScript, and Python</li><li>Knowledgeable in the definition and integration of APIs</li><li>Experienced with database technologies, including SQL/NoSQL</li><li>Able to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications</li><li>Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps concepts, and microservice design patterns and principles</li><li>Has a solid understanding of DevOps processes</li><li>Possesses excellent technical writing and documentation skills</li><li>Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Collaborates effectively with a diverse crew of technical and non-technical professionals</li><li>Passionate about continuous learning in new technologies and languages, keeping up with technology trends.</li></ul>
