Overview

As a Store Audits Specialist, you will assist Regional Leaders with their assigned region and work closely with the franchise partners and their teams. You will conduct store audits and visitations, assist and support with new store openings and resale transfers, and ensure standards, as outlined in the operations manual, are achieved without compromise. You will have the ability to travel to restaurants regularly, multi-task, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct store audits and visitations and work directly with the franchise partner to correct any deficiencies.
  • Assist and support with new store openings and resale transfers.
  • Work with and support franchisees and their teams to ensure they are aligned with all facets of the business.
  • Work and communicate with all departments to ensure success.
  • Assist franchisees with local community engagement through an approved Local Store Marketing program.
  • Assist with setting locations up for success during national marketing rollouts, LTO’s and any recipe updates or changes.
  • Ensure standards as outlined in the Operations manual are achieved without compromise.
  • Ensure all company-owned equipment and materials are well maintained.
  • Ability to deal with guest complaints.
  • Ability to multi-task and a keen problem solver that demonstrates a high level of situational thinking.
  • Assist ROL regions with meeting financial and operational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post Secondary education, a diploma held in business would be an asset.
  • Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in the Quick Serve Restaurant industry with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and P&L reporting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Customer service-oriented and team player.
  • Ability to travel to restaurants regularly.
  • Flexible work schedule with the ability to travel for extended periods.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
