Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Millwork Foreman to supervise and coordinate the activities of our benchmen and apprentices in a busy wood shop. The ideal candidate will have a background in furniture, cabinetry, and woodworking, and must be local to Vancouver/Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of 15-20 employees in the shop Collaborate with the shop manager to prioritize jobs and ensure efficiency Ensure standards of quality prior to delivery Perform shop-related tasks and operate power tools as needed Inspect machinery and equipment to identify issues and ensure quality repairs Maintain inventory of parts and supplies Train new employees on shop procedures Ensure compliance with safety regulations Qualifications: Proven experience as a cabinetmaker or millwork foreman Strong construction knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks Excellent organizational and leadership skills Certification in cabinetry/joinery is a plus or other related education within the woodworking If you are a motivated individual with a passion for woodworking and have the necessary experience, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team.
