Overview
T & K Hair Salon Inc. is seeking a full-time, permanent Beauty Shop Manager (F/T).
Responsibilities
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and manage inventory
- Oversee contracts for advertising or marketing procedures
- Handle and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
- Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of salon
- Hire, train and supervise staff
Job requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the service being offered are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Terms of employment
Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $32.00–$35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
