We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help hiring within Services (Product), supporting with hiring within acquisitions. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Duration: 6 months
Job Location: North York, Canada (Hybrid 3 days)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Full cycle recruitment exp in product roles (ideally agency and inhouse) with high volume (20+ requirements on at a time).
- Sourcing experience.
- Workday experience (Applicant tracking system).
- Stakeholder management experience - working with hiring managers and pushing back when needed (communication).
- Ability to prioritize workload.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is CA$40/hr to CA$43.35/hr on T4.
