<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Natural Wonders Early Learning Centre Inc. seeks a Pedagogical Leader to support and mentor ECE staff at our school-age site. The role involves leading programming, staff development, and ensuring safe, organized environments across our centres.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Pedagogical leadership on the team; mentor and guide ECE staff</li><li>Create and develop learning centers; implement programming</li><li>Conduct fire drills and manage parent connections</li><li>Collaborate closely and confidentially with other managers and consultants</li><li>Oversee basic building maintenance to keep environments safe, clean, and organized</li><li>Perform clerical duties: manage staffing, clarify timesheets, support education plans, and develop groups</li><li>Prepare and submit required reports for the Ministry of Education</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Current or working towards an ECE III certification; must meet, exceed, or be pursuing ECE III as mandated</li><li>Other related fields will be evaluated by the Ministry of Education and certified per previously accredited education</li><li>Must have current Food Safe certification, CPR-First Aid Level C, and Vulnerable Sector / Criminal Record Check</li><li>3-5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Technical/Applied Science Diploma</li></ul><h3>Details</h3><ul><li><b>Employer</b>: Natural Wonders Early Learning Centre Inc.</li><li><b>Location</b>: Swift Current</li><li><b>Number of Positions</b>: 1</li><li><b>Employment Terms</b>: Full-Time</li><li><b>Education</b>: Technical/Applied Science Diploma</li><li><b>Apply By</b>: 21-Sep-2025</li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>All interested may apply by email to sheila@nwelc.ca no later than 12:00 pm on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
