Position Overview


The role of Team Leader is to manage project operations on a daily basis. This includes communicating and coordinating daily project goals with team members. The Team Leader will ensure delivery on project goals while maintaining high-quality standards.


Responsibilities and Duties



  • Assists Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing project

  • Communicates daily project objectives and goals to Team Members

  • Prepare, organize, and track all equipment, supplies, paperwork, and vehicles required for each project, in a timely manner

  • Ensure a safe working environment by conducting a daily safety inspection of tools, equipment, and possible job site hazards.

  • Facilitates the safety of Team Members and ensure equipment and tools on the project site are secure

  • Confirm all project/ health and safety paperwork is completed on a daily basis.

  • Assist the Project Manager in the evaluation of Team Members Position Requirements


Qualifications and Skills



  • Minimum of Grade 12 or advanced Diploma

  • Certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, First Aid, Customer Service, and Construction is mandatory.

  • Valid Drivers License
