<p>Team Supervisor/Cleaner</p>
<p>Compensation: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month (where applicable)</p>
<h3>Position Scope</h3>
<p>Drives revenue through high customer retention, focusing on training and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.</p>
<h3>Essential Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Train and work with in-house cleaners</li>
<li>Conduct regular quality assurance visits with customers</li>
<li>Perform other related tasks and activities as assigned</li>
</ul>
<h3>Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>Customer service desired</li>
<li>Sales training</li>
<li>Training</li>
<li>Coaching</li>
<li>Cleaning experience required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Job Qualification</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>
<li>Valid Social Security Card</li>
<li>Physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties</li>
<li>Bi-lingual (where applicable)</li>
<li>Must be bondable</li>
<li>Cooperate with office staff</li>
<li>Perform duties according to the company Brand system</li>
<li>Act in best interest of Company Brand</li>
<li>Detail oriented</li>
<li>Service oriented</li>
<li>Verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to Multi-Task</li>
</ul>
<h3>Physical and Mental Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ability to function in high-pressure situation</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability</li>
</ul>
