About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of the Coveo Search Platform as part of a digital intranet transformation initiative. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle — from requirements validation and architecture design to build, testing, and hypercare support. The solution will integrate Coveo with Contentful CMS and ServiceNow to deliver a unified, intelligent search experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Delivery

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to refine and validate solution requirements.
• Define and document the end-to-end architecture, ensuring seamless integration between Coveo, Contentful, and ServiceNow, with scalability for future sources and use cases.
• Develop detailed sprint and delivery plans aligned with project milestones.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps) to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct technical design reviews and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee environment setup, configuration, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across build, testing, and hypercare phases.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configurations, and integration specifications.
• Support knowledge transfer, adoption, and post-launch stabilization activities.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

Coveo Expertise

• Proven hands-on experience with the Coveo Search Platform, including configuration, indexing, query pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Coveo APIs, connectors, and integration — especially with Contentful CMS and ServiceNow.
• Experience in relevance tuning, result ranking, and usage analytics.
• Nice to have: Experience implementing Coveo for intranet solutions and familiarity with CAGR implementation.
• Preferred: Coveo Platform Developer Certification.

Integration & Development Skills

• Experience integrating Contentful CMS with enterprise search platforms.
• Experience working with ServiceNow APIs, knowledge base integrations, and data synchronization.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (JavaScript, Node.js).
• Solid understanding of API management, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and SSO integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Background in data modeling, semantic search, and search relevance optimization.

Project Management & Delivery

• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams across development and QA.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
• Track record of delivering enterprise search or composable digital experience platforms successfully.
