We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our support team.


The role is primarily telephone and email support for customers, with occasional call to provide on-site assistance to customers within North America (Canada and the United States).

This position will also be involved with providing training courses for the design, installation, and maintenance of these systems.


The applicant must have an electronic, automation, instrumentation, computer, or related diploma from a technical institute, college, or university, and knowledge of TCP/IP networking.  Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and communication skills are essential, and experience in networking, digital telephony, fire panel systems, or installation of electronic equipment would be an asset. 



The applicant must be willing and able to travel within Canada and the United States for occasional off-site support or training.
