This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service. </p><p><strong>What you’re responsible for: </strong></p><ul><li>Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branch </li><li>Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions </li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation </li><li>Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etc </li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities </li><li>Providing our customers with excellent customer service! </li></ul>Qualifications<br><br><p><strong>To join our team: </strong></p><ul><li>Valid <strong>class 5 driver's license</strong> with a <strong>clean driving abstract</strong> </li><li>Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures </li><li>Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions </li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li></ul><br><br></p></p>Create Your Resume First
