Vehicle Inventory Control Clerk

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Inventory Control Clerk at our Wolfe Edmonton Chevrolet (Westgate) location.

What you’ll be doing: Arriving New Vehicles Stocking in and journaling vehicles when they arrive Inputting invoices into Rubex (Document storage media), & PBS daily and print NVIS Printing delivery cards & file Maintaining inventory of Navigation and SD Cards Distributing NVIS & RPO’s to Lot Manager Notifying all necessary parties of new vehicle arrivals and availability status Updating invoices with locally installed items Communicating with lot, marketing, and Finance regarding incoming and arrived units Reporting deals to GM (new and preowned) Completing incoming and outgoing dealer transfers Covering reception when needed Assist administration and sales management team when needed Manage new vehicle demonstrator statuses with GM and Controller Other related tasks as assigned in accounting administration What we’re looking for: Ideally 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a GM dealership Familiarity with Global Connect & PBS Completion of, or some post-secondary schooling in progress Exceptional computer skills i.e. Office Suite Punctuality and reliability are a must Demonstrated ability to focus and concentrate on details Demonstrated ability to perform with minimum supervision and be responsible. Must be tactful, discrete and respectful of confidential information.
