Position Overview:
A well-established pet hospital in North Vancouver is seeking a dedicated and compassionate veterinarian to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that provides high-quality medical services. Both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care for a diverse range of patients.
Conduct routine and emergency examinations, diagnostics, and treatments.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Educate clients on pet health, nutrition, and preventative care.
Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals and support staff.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
Active veterinary license in British Columbia or eligibility to obtain one.
Strong diagnostic, surgical, and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
Previous experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
