As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Vice President, Institutional Distribution to help us partner with institutional investors—pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, and consultants—to create value through disciplined investment, data-driven insights, and long-term partnerships.

As Vice President, Institutional Distribution, you will play a pivotal role in driving Skyline Wealth Management Inc.’s growth by:

  • Developing and executing a world-class institutional fundraising strategy.
  • Sourcing, cultivating, and closing commitments from leading institutional investors.
  • Positioning Skyline’s investment strategies and performance track record to sophisticated audiences.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to shape market strategy, investor engagement, and capital formation.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Fundraising Execution
  • Lead fundraising initiatives across institutional channels, including pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
  • Manage the entire capital-raising lifecycle—from prospecting to closing commitments.
  • Create and promote innovative products such as SMAs and co-investment opportunities.
  • Develop new markets domestically and abroad, expanding our investor base.
Relationship Management & Market Positioning
  • Represent Skyline at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with consultants, advisors, and gatekeepers.
  • Produce thought leadership materials that reinforce our company expertise and brand.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with portfolio management, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.
  • Ensure excellence in investor communications, reporting, and client service.
  • Use market intelligence and data to inform strategy and optimize fundraising effectiveness.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in institutional capital raising, investor relations, and/or asset management distribution.
  • Proven success securing institutional commitments and managing consultant relationships.
  • Deep understanding of alternative investments (real estate, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong financial acumen, presentation skills, and consultative sales expertise.
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (Canada, U.S., and international markets).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
