What You'll Do
- Lead and support academic operations alongside the Principal
- Oversee OSR, OEN, credit tracking, graduation eligibility, and Ministry inspections
- Ensure instructional quality and alignment with the Ontario Curriculum
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents on academic pathways
- Shape programs and strategies that drive student success
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Education (M.Ed. preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of the Ontario K-12 education system
- Experience with online education and data systems (e.g., ONSIS)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse, international teams
- Passion for innovation, hybrid learning, and student success
