Job Summary: The Warehouse and Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the physical warehouse, packing and shipping orders, performing manufacturing assembly, conducting QA/QC testing, and providing field installation and customer support.
This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management:
– Organize and maintain the physical warehouse.
– Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
– Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
2. Packing and Shipping:
– Pack and prepare shipments according to company standards.
– Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
– Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.

Manufacturing Assembly:
– Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
– Operate and maintain assembly equipment.
– Follow safety protocols and procedures.
4. QA/QC Testing:
– Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests on products.
– Identify and report any defects or issues.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Field Installation and Customer Support:
– Perform field installations of products at customer sites.
– Provide technical support and training to customers.
– Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
– Proven experience in warehouse management, manufacturing assembly, QA/QC testing, and customer support.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
– Mining and/or Industrial environment experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
– Comfortable working in various environments, including warehouses and customer sites.
Travel:
This role requires international travel to customer sites.
– Medical evaluations may be required for acceptance to customer sites.
