Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing natural gas materials and products. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols. Oversee the accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries. Ensure proper inventory management, including regular stock checks and inventory reconciliations. Maintain and update warehouse records, including logs of equipment, tools, and materials. Assist with enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Assist in conducting regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring they meet company standards. Assist with implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to minimize errors and defects. Address and resolve any quality issues in a timely manner. Ensuring proper use and handling of all warehouse equipment. Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations and Company policies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a warehouse environment, preferably in natural gas distribution or a related industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and a thorough understanding of safety and compliance standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and operate in a busy environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
