Warehouse Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager that can confidently take care of day to day functions of the business as well as support our growth plans for the future.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing multiple team members, ensuring accurate fulfillment, coordinating all production and managing all systems (inventory, production, fulfillment etc). Delegation, organization, time management, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential to be successful. Ability to drive a forklift is a must.
Key Job Functions
Lead; Forward thinker, with the ability to manage 2-5 team members.
Lead; Create roast and packaging schedules, while managing a 7 day roast date to ensure freshness
Creating pars that are analyzed monthly
Creating production opportunities for tea and other products as necessary
Lead; Daily fulfillment with >99% accuracy (physically and within internal systems)
Including creating routes for the driver or arranging alternate logistics
Lead; Managing Inventory
Cycle count schedules
Production assemblies inputs
Fulfillment (Shipping, Receiving)
Purchasing
Setting pars, purchasing inventory as necessary
Leading team members and fostering career development
Head Roaster, Roasting Apprentice, Roasting Support, Packaging team, Warehouse team and Delivery driver
Creating systems and procedures (SOPs)
Mentorship/Coaching team members through regular check-ins
Hiring and Discipline as necessary
Lead; Champions cleanliness and workplace safety
Lead; Equipment management, not limited to ensuring the packaging station, forklift, and the delivery vehicles.
Ensuring maintenance is scheduled
Supporting Rosso Cafes
Other related responsibilities as they arise
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
