Tasks

  1. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities
  2. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate
  3. Identify customers’ needs
  4. Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate
  5. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
  6. Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  7. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
  8. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment’s machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
  9. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  10. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
  11. Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget
  12. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
  13. Resolve product and service related problems
  14. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  15. Organize and maintain inventory
