Rocketline is growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our fast-paced warehouse operations with precision, purpose, and leadership. What You’ll Lead
✅ Warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory
✅ A dedicated team: Lead Hands, Associates, Drivers
✅ Scheduling, coaching, and timesheet approvals (via HRIS)
✅ Health & Safety culture + daily team huddles
✅ Process improvements, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
✅ NetSuite WMS + RF scanning oversight
What You Bring
✔ 5+ years of warehouse leadership (distribution/logistics)
✔ Strong people management and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with NetSuite WMS (or other WMS platforms)
✔ Familiarity with Ontario H&S and ESA compliance
✔ Forklift/MHE certification is an asset
