What You’ll Lead
Warehouse operations : shipping, receiving, fulfillment, inventory
A dedicated team : Lead Hands, Associates, Drivers
Scheduling, coaching, and timesheet approvals (via HRIS)
Health & Safety culture + daily team huddles
Process improvements, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
NetSuite WMS + RF scanning oversight
What You Bring
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership (distribution / logistics)
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Experience with NetSuite WMS (or other WMS platforms)
- Familiarity with Ontario H&S and ESA compliance
- Forklift / MHE certification is an asset
