Russel Metals Inc. is currently seeking an individual for the position of Warehouse Person in our Nisku, AB location.
Please note – our work environment is safety sensitive and will require the successful applicant to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and accurately assemble orders
Filling stock shelves
Maintain work area in a safe condition
Loading tables
May perform other activities such as assisting in inventory
Participate in clean-up and pre-inspection of equipment
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma
Work Experience: 0 – 3 years related experience
MUST HAVE: OVERHEAD CRANE EXPERIENCE
Must be able to work flexible hours
Product knowledge and customer service an asset
Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Flexibility to work shift work
Physically capable to perform duties related to a physically demanding role
Must be able to carry and move product and/or supplies in excess of 50lbs
Hourly Rate: $31.77 / hr
Shift: Continental Shift (days and nights as per set schedule)
