We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for full-time employment in our Vancouver-based head office.

This position reports to Operations Management, is available immediately and includes the following responsibilities:

Train and coach new hires with company policies and procedures
Manage cyclical inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory
Prepares and reviews purchase orders for Vancouver location
Be an advocate for best practices in warehouse and purchasing activities
Actively participate within all warehouse and purchasing job functions
Work with interrelated departments to resolve product or service deficiencies
Lead and coordinate the daily work of Vancouver warehouse personnel
Contribute to continued company improvements in established processes and procedures
Trouble-shoot technical issues within your departments’ software/hardware programs (Sage300 & WMS)
Be knowledgeable of all department tasks; possess a willingness to cross-train and assist wherever required
Support other Keir Surgical or Pacific Surgical departments as required
Conduct oneself and represent Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times

Suitable candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 year warehouse and supervisory experience
Strong computer skills and a quick learner
1+ years of purchasing
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Accuracy and attention to detail
