Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.



We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Technician III (Clip Boarder) to join our Edmonton team. This individual is responsible for overseeing the loading of windows and doors into trailers for delivery.

This position is scheduled on our A shift which is 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing the loading doors and windows into trailers for delivery
  • Ensuring all orders from checklist are loaded into the trailer in sequence and on time
  • Scheduling the order of the deliveries in the morning
  • Searching plant for misplaced orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Helping load the trailer and securing the shipment in a safe manner
  • Clear trailer for pre-loading, including emptying all trailers of RMA product to receiving, removing strapping, bracing, or other debris
  • Completing accurate paperwork
  • Writing out complete load list for the day in order of delivery
  • Completing other paperwork as required.
  • Providing leadership to Trailer Loaders
  • Helping Trailer Loaders track down products in the plant for loading
  • Answering inquiries, providing constructive feedback, and advising of actions to be taken
  • Other duties as required
  • Primary Qualifications Required:


  • Minimum of High School Diploma
  • CSTS training is preferred.
  • Experience with loading/unloading product.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs without assistance.
  • Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and operational procedures, including following safety protocols and working within these on own or within a team.
  • Ability to problem-solve, specifically to solve spatial configurations when loading in trailers or placing in racks.
  • Ability to set priorities and make decisions aimed at accomplishing given work.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to brace and/or strap product to prevent it from moving and/or becoming damaged in transit.
  • Able to handle pressure in high season.
