The Territory Manager drives exceptional commercial performance and customer engagement across assigned accounts and territories. This role requires building trusted clinical and administrative relationships, consistently exceeding quota, and representing Caldera’s values with professionalism and integrity. Significant regional travel is expected.

Caldera is a global leader in women’s health—specifically in treatments for stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse—now further strengthened by the recent acquisition of Johnson & Johnson’s TVT product line, with manufacturing in Switzerland and headquarters in the United States. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure standardization and continuity in sales and service delivery across all assigned customers and geographic region.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas as established by the Sales Director.
  • Achieve or surpass key monthly performance standards for the assigned region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), strategic customers, and purchasing contacts at each assigned account.
  • Support growth and customer penetration within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs).
  • Lead all sales interactions and stakeholder engagements by embodying and promoting the Caldera C4 Values: Care, Collaborate, Challenge, and Create.
  • Maintain high visibility and coverage in the region, requiring overnight travel at least 60% of the time (minimum three nights per week).

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must reside within 30-60 kilometers of Vancouver, BC and have easy access to a well-connected airport.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience specifically in the medical device industry, or in products related to urogynecology or surgery.
  • At least 2 years of medical device experience; nurse or in-lab background preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-growth companies or divisions.
  • Proven positive track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in prior roles.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with clinical and purchasing stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Applicants must have direct experience in medical device, urogynecology, or surgical sales environments to be considered.
