Window Cleaning Technician

Power Services is looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and quality-driven. The primary duties are residential window cleaning; as well as additional services offered. Some level of athleticism is required for this position as there is a manual labour aspect to this job and requires working at heights. Must be comfortable with heights. i.e., carrying, lifting climbing, positioning 32ft ladder.

The Role: The Window Cleaning Tech is primarily responsible for cleaning residential windows, screens, frames, and glass surfaces; climbing and carrying ladders daily, bending, crouching, and solution-seeking on hard-to-reach windows. We use glass-cleaning solutions, tools and techniques that are industry-specific. Additionally, the Window Cleaning Tech will work closely with the Manager/Supervisor and/or other crew members to complete other company offering services such as gutter cleaning pressure washing, and lawn and snow maintenance. If the summer goes well, a winter position is available.

Responsibilities: – Ability to work steadily for 7-9 hours/day; on Saturdays when necessary. – Physical ability to lift, move, push and pull up to 75 pounds. – Work at heights and climb a ladder up to 3 stories.

Requirements: – Must have vehicle (truck, Van or SUV) – Well-spoken, honest, hard-working

An experienced window cleaner is preferred but will train the suitable candidates.

The pay rate is between $18-$25 per hour; the pay rate increases as the experience level increases.
